Me Éthier has been a member of DUBÉ LATREILLE since 2003. While
a law student, he collaborated as a research assistant on the re-edition of major doctrinal works on
Quebec civil liability such as "La responsabilité civile" (Baudouin, Deslauriers),
"Le Droit des Obligations" (Lluelles and Moore), and "Les obligations" - Volume 1 et 2 (Vincent Karim).
Upon his arrival at DUBÉ LATREILLE, Me Éthier's skills as a litigator quickly revealed themselves in
important civil liability cases and more specifically in hospital and medical malpractice cases. His
skills shine brightly as well in contract litigation where he is called upon to plead before all the
Quebec courts, including the Court of appeal.
