experience as a litigation lawyer Me Serge Dubé has pleaded before every court in the Province of Quebec in
numerous areas of law, including Real Estate law and commercial disputes. Highly specialized in civil liability,
he especially distinguishes himself in medical and hospital malpractice. He also initiated and pleaded with
success a great number of recourses aiming to compensate clients who had been victims of transgressions of their
rights protected under the Charters (slander, reputation, privacy, image, etc.). His listening ability and his
empathy also led him to practice family law and take charge of major litigation cases in the area of Estates and
Trusts, area where he has very often managed to work out strategies leading to a successful settlement of
tenacious disputes between heirs, saving time and money for clients in the process.
