These passions, combined with her interest for management and urban planning brought her to Université du Québec à Montréal where she completed a degree in urban planning, in 2006. This double academic training gives Me Karteris a unique and privileged perspective in different aspects of the practice of law.
Over time, Me Karteris has held various positions of responsibility with municipal, provincial and federal governments where she developed a good understanding of the subtleties, semantics and complexities of the key levels and networks of government organization.
Member of the DUBÉ LATREILLE team since 2011, Me Karteris has a practice that focuses on civil and family litigation. She regularly represents SMEs and individuals before the judicial and administrative tribunals of the various districts of the province of Quebec.
