Depending on the amount of information requested in an access request, nominal fees may be reasonably charged to cover the costs incurred in responding to the request.
A written notification will be provided if DUBÉ LATREILLE AVOCATS INC. must refuse individual access to their personal information for legal, regulatory, or other reasons.
