Overview

After successfully completing his articling at DUBÉ LATREILLE, Si Bo joined our team in 2024 as a lawyer practicing primarily in civil law and compliance law (Law 25 and FINTRAC).

Si Bo obtained his bachelor’s degree in civil law (LL.B.), with an international law profile, from the Université de Montréal. In addition, in 2025, he completed a master’s degree in business law with thesis (LL.M.). He also holds a certificate in Chinese law from the China University of Political Science and Law in Beijing.

During his studies, he developed a keen interest in business law, as well as civil and commercial litigation. He is also interested in environmental law. In fact, his master’s thesis focused on the liability of corporate directors in relation to environmental protection under Quebec law.

During his studies, Si Bo worked as a research assistant and as a law student at a firm specializing in real estate law. He also worked as an articling student in a law firm in China.

Currently, his practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation (particularly defamation, business law, real estate law, and cybersecurity law) as well as compliance law (Law 25 and FINTRAC).

在本事务所顺利完成实习后，王思博律师于 2024 年加入本事务所，担任专注于民事法和合规法（第 25 号法案和 FINTRAC）的律师。

王思博毕业于蒙特利尔大学，取得民法学士学位（LL.B.），并修读国际法方向课程。2025年，他又完成了商法硕士学位（LL.M.）。此外，他还持有中国政法大学颁发的中国法证书。

在学习期间，他对商法以及民商诉讼产生了浓厚兴趣。他也关注环境法。他的硕士论文题目聚焦于魁北克法下董事会成员在环境保护方面的责任。

在学习期间，王思博曾在一家专门从事房地产法的律师事务所担任研究助理和法律系学生。他还曾在中国一家律师事务所担任实习生。

目前，他的执业重点为民事和商事诉讼（尤其包括诽谤、商法、房地产法及网络安全法），以及合规法（《25号法案》及 FINTRAC）。
