Passionate about business law, Stéphanie David dedicates her practice to corporate and commercial law, including commercial litigation. Rigorous, attentive, and determined, she navigates her mandates with tact and diplomacy while never losing sight of her clients’ objectives.

A recent graduate with a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal, Marc-Antoine has just successfully completed his training at the École du Barreau.

A co-founding member, Me Dubé has extensive experience. He has pleaded before every court in Quebec in nearly every area of civil law.

Thomas Godbout is a graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke Faculty of Law, with a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma in common law and transnational law (Juris Doctor).

Si Bo earned his Bachelor of Civil Law (LL.B.) at the Université de Montréal, where he is currently pursuing a master’s in business law. During his studies, he developed a strong interest in business law, as well as in civil and commercial litigation.

Me Joyram has a marked interest in civil litigation, and particularly in civil liability, contractual disputes, and issues related to artificial intelligence.

Me Taillefer has a passion for the business world and is becoming a mediator in civil and commercial matters.

In his mandates, Me Pontbriand primarily serves small and medium-sized businesses that value his expertise, pragmatism, and direct approach in guiding them toward the best choices.

Me Sandra Davar is a lawyer with an atypical and exceptional background — a member of the Québec Bar and of the Association of Physicians of Quebec.

A law graduate of the Université de Montréal and a member of the Québec Bar since 2002, Me Aristeo was involved at every level of the labour movement, in both Canada and the United States, before founding PLŪME INC.
