Valencia is pleased to join Dubé Latreille Avocats as an articling student. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in biomedical sciences, Valencia then completed her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the Université de Sherbrooke in 2025. She is now very excited to undertake this important step of her professional journey with Dubé Latreille.
Throughout her studies, Valencia has volunteered in various legal clinics, where she had the opportunity to apply her knowledge, participate in legal research, and contribute by assisting clients. These experiences allowed her to develop strong listening skills, rigour, and a practical approach to the law.
Outside the firm, Valencia enjoys spending time outdoors, travelling, and discovering new cultures. She also enjoys reading and crocheting in her free time.
During her articling, Valencia aims to deepen her practical knowledge, develop her drafting and legal analysis skills, and actively contribute to the firm’s files, particularly in civil liability and contract law.
