Stéphanie is a lawyer and partner at Dubé Latreille Avocats.
Trained in France as a legal professional in private practice and in corporate litigation for approximately ten years, Stéphanie developed expertise in highly strategic and regulated sectors such as aeronautics, motorsports, and media (print and audiovisual press). Over time, she has built a strong expertise in negotiation, contract drafting, and corporate restructuring operations (mergers and acquisitions, company formation, capital increases, change of corporate form, etc.).
She therefore has a deep understanding of organizations where information, compliance, and risk management are critical.
